The car "RESTOGRAND" is a part of the "GRAND EXPRESS" train. It is the dining-car known to all passengers of the "Grand" which works from the beginning of boarding till the moment of arrival at Moscow or Saint-Petersburg. For our guests' convenience, online booking and ordering are available on our site. Delivery of any order can be ordered directly to your compartment.
To use only natural form products in order to preserve the maximum of their vitamins and useful properties is the governing principle of the restaurant.
Wide choice of soups. Hot soliankas: royal solianka (with sturgeon, salmon, lemon and olives) and combined meat solianka; Karelian soup with salmon or white mushroom soup.
Some dishes from the list of tasty meat viands are grilled. The most advanced equipment of the restaurant kitchen allows to cook any sort of dish. As for meat ones, we offer our guests rack of lamb with grilled vegetables, steak "New York" from marble beef, tender chicken meat, pork loin with teriyaki sauce.
Fish dishes lovers are offered grilled seabass, sturgeon, river trout fillet, salmon fillet steak with cream and cariar sauce, sturgeon salad, Caesar salad with shrimps, tagliatelle made in Mediterranean style (black spaghetti with tiger shrimps with cheese and cream sauce).
And of course traditional Russian snacks is a must: mushrooms, herring, blinis with caviar… In the desert menu of the restaurant there is traditional cheesecake, ice-cream, fruits.
In addition to dishes, there is a wide choice of soft and alcoholic drinks: fresh juices, a broad wine and bar list.
