- No delivery on holidays.
Tickets bought at tickets terminals of OJSC CTC “Grand Service Express” (Moscow, Sheremetievslaya str. 85, bld. 1) are issued on LY-10d form.
Return Fee In Amount Of 150 Rubles Per Ticket Is Deducted From Ticket Price In Case Of Its Return.
Please, note that tickets, bought at Moscow branch of OJSC CTC “Grand Service Express”, can be returned only in the following ticket office: Moscow, Sheremetievslaya str. 85, bld. 1 during working hours.
If you need to return your ticket out of working hours – please, send us a request.
Time of electronic request shall be considered for calculation of the return fee.
Each form shall be supported by individual request.
